Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

I have been searching the net for clarification on the statute of limitations in regard to credit card debt in the state of Utah. Some answers indicate six years and others indicate four years. Most refer to the four-year SOL el explaining Utah considers credit card debt an open ended account. Which answer is correct?!

A written agreement in Utah has a Statute of Limitations of 6 years, under UCA 78B-2-309. I presume there was a written agreement you signed or agreed to at some point. If not, a verbal agreement has a 4 year statute of limitation, see UCA 78B-2-307.
