Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

What can I do when I was just served a summons to answer a complaint filed by a credit card against me. I have twenty days but they want payments of two hundred a month . I can just barely make my house payments

1. You can negotiate something with the credit card company.

2. You can file bankruptcy.

3. You can do nothing and wait for them to garnish your wages

4, If they garnish you can appear in court, document your finances to the judge and let the court decide whether they can proceed with the garnishment.
