we are having a Small Claim court day, December 8th, in Provo Utah and are looking for a presenation on our behalf. The case is in regards to a default on a finance a greement.

You will have to hire an attorney to make a presentation on your behalf. However, generally a person can represent themselves in small claims court. You will need to be prepared to set forth your case concisely, logically and with all of the facts and evidence the court will need to believe you.
