Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

I have sold a jeep to a nephiew, for 3500, he has only paid 400 in 8 months, what are my legal rights to getting the jeep back, he has taken it to Arizona from Utah. also said good luck finding it.

You can repossess the Jeep if you have supporting documentation. You can also sue him.
