Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

I bought into storesonline because of the promises they presented at the meeting I went to, but a month into it I tried to cancel because of the monthly expense and even more money that was needed to put into it to even advertise product. They would not give me a refund. My husband and I make a little over a $1000.00 a month on disability and a disability pension, my rent went from $50.00 a month to $500.00 a month and we have medical and medication expenses each month and some bills I can't pay because of paying storesonline which I can't use anyway. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this debt other than bankruptcy. Please Help!!!!!!

It depends on the agreement you have with the seller. You may have to have an attorney review the documents. If you cannot afford an attorney, talk to Utah Legal Services. If your payments are automatic withdrawals from your bank account or credit card, close that account. That will at least stop the bleeding while you pursue settlement.
