What kind of info should i include in an ANSWER to a summons to court? is there a certain format that i need to use while typing the answer?

Re: summons
Use a similar heading, except type your name, address and phone where the other attorney has placed his. In the block to the right of the case title, you will insert "Answer" instead of "Summons" or "Complaint."
Answer each paragraph, list thereafter each defense you have to the items in the complaint. Send the original to the court and a copy to each attorney.
