Taking possesion of car

I need to know what Utah's laws are about repossesing a car from my ex. My ex has a car which she is the buyer and I am the co-buyer however she is continually late with the payments and as of right now has not made a payment since Feb. The most recent payment was due April 11 2007 and to this date has not been paid yet. Can I legally take the car and make the payments or sell the car and pay it off since I am a co-buyer?
