Unpaid contract
We sold a trailer (refridgerated-to haul goods) and the buyers have not made one payment in five months. I'd like to know what my recourse is for repossession and/or getting what they owe. We are on the title are lien holders.

Since you are on the title, pickup the trailer and hold it for payment. If they do not make payment, sell it to someone else. If you have a written agreement for the sale, follow its terms.
