10 year old caught playing nasty with cousin, DCFS INVOLVED BUT CLOSED THE CASE. he now is going to juvenile court why

Juvenile Court is also a criminal court for juveniles. The criminal justice system is to help people stop committing crimes. As a juvenile, it would be a matter of treatment to help make sure the behavior is not repeated. That would be my guess.
