age of consensual sex
is it legal for a 18 year old male to have sex with a 16 year old female in the state of utah if there is only a year and a month difference of ages

Your subject line is a bit misleading, however, I cannot find any statute that criminalizes a 16 yr old and an 18 yr old having consensual sex.
