can you be aressted for selling a non narcodit drug to another person?then have it a felony aganist you? can the police legely set you up in your own home , with someone wearing a wire?

If it is an illegal drug or a controlled substance of any kind, yes it is illegal to sell it to another person. It could be felony depending upon the substance. The police can set you up in your home and with someone using a wire. There may be defenses, i.e. entrapment, but to figure that out, you need to consult with legal counsel, preferably one experienced with the police department who set you up.
