Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
I was arrested for assault with my roommate, neither one of us want to press charges, It was a bad mistake that was blown out of proportion. Neither of us want the other to go to court for this. I had to go before the judge to plead not guilty. How can we get charges dropped?
