Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
I bought a car from a dealership with a loan from my bank. I called to get the liscence plate cause it expires in three day and i hadn't heard back from them. They said they were having trouble getting them because the title has a lean on it from the person/dealer they bought it from. I have been told I can take them to court because it is illegal for them to have sold me the car in the first place. Is this true and is so what do I do?
