Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
burglary charges
2003 drunk went into wrong garage broke mirror. Sister lived next door paid damages. No arrest was made. 2005 picked up and extridtied to Utah for warrant on burlary. Talk with Investingating detective. Released immediately. 2008 again picked up were going to extradite back to Utah but was bonded. Now have court date in July. How do I fight this?
