Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
What is the cutoff wages for the sixth amendment the judge told me i make to much for right to council because i make $12 an hour but my job is seasonal and don't make much on unemployment for the winter

Honestly, the right to counsel in Utah is broken. Every court is different because the cities fund them if it's in justice court. A lawsuit was just filed in federal court because of this very issue.
