I disagree with the plea deal offered to the woman who had sex with my teenage son is there legal action I can take. She was also his manager at work

If the plea has been accepted already by the court, in the criminal proceeding, you may not be able to do much. However, you may be able to do things civilly in the form of a sexual harassment claim especially in the employment context.
