Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
Disorderly conduct.
My brother was cited with a disorderly conduct charge (as a misdemeanor) for going on someone else's property. He wasn't arrested but has to appear in court. Could you tell me what I should expect? Should he plead guilty?

Re: Disorderly conduct.
Never plead guilty until you have the chance to talk with the prosecutor and see if he will reduce the charges or make a better deal. Whether or not you will be able to gt a better deal depends on the history of the person charged, the circumstances under which this arose, etc.
