How do Expunge a 1992 Conviction of Domestic Violence
I need to expunge a 1992 conviction of Domestic Violence which occurred in Provo, Utah. I would like to know the most effective way to do this. I would also like to know if once expunged will this conviction appear on a Criminal Record check.
