Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
My fiance is being held on a parole hold for pending domestic abuse charges. By the time he has his parole hearing he will have been on the parole hold for 90 days. If the new charges have not been filed, what could happen at his hearing?

If he is not charged then the possible charges should not be considered at the parole hearing. IMHO He sure does not sound like good fiance material.
