Friend Arrested I may Be Questioned
My friend was arrested, narcotics distribution. I will be questioned I think. What are my rights and what should I do if questioned in their investigation. I was a customer.

DO NOT speak to the police without speaking to an attorney first. End of statement. The police will try to bluff, bluster, cajole and threaten, but DO NOT DO IT. I suspect an attorney would only allow you to speak if offered immunity for the thing about which you were to discuss. I suggest you say No when they ask to talk, No when they want to come into the room, whatever. They may do it anyway, but "Just Say No."
