Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
An old friend would wear my clothes and take them home, she'd never bring them back though. We don't talk anymore and she is refusing to return any of my belongings. She has maybe $200 worth of my clothing, I have a list of everything I am positive she has that belongs to me. When I have asked her for my clothes back multiple times she says I have something of hers, which I dont i returned all her belongings, and begins to threaten me and harass me, i dont know what to do. The problem is i don't have receipts or physical evidence proving the clothes belong to me. What do you think I should do in this situation?

You could take her to small claims court if you wanted to.
