iam charged with attempted rape and the officer pressured me in to makinng a statement against my will and took advantage of my mental state

They will use the statement, charge you. You need to immediately get an attorney appointed if you cannot afford one and SHUT UP. Do NOT talk to anyone except your lawyer regarding the incident in question. Being upset is not good enough to claim coersion.
