Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah

incarcerated on withholding of information

a person was jailed because her parole officer sent her an unsolicited text message with random drug test dates. this information was found on her cell phone and she was in violation of her parole and charged for withholding information. the parole officer came forward and admitted to sending the text without any knowledge or request from the girl. the parole officer was fired, but the charges weren't dropped. this girl's fiance is coming home from Iraq on the 7th and their wedding was planned for the 19th. is there some way this girl can get out of jail?

Re: incarcerated on withholding of information

The facts as you set forth do not make sense to me, but I think that almost any competent defense attorney in your area could get her out for the wedding. Ask the court clerk if they know an attorney who "does this kind of work."
