Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
I made an offer on an apartment complex, the offer was accepted and monies were paid. I just recently found out that the person selling me the complex had two liens against the property. They knew that they owed more on the liens than I had offered on the property. Money has been exchanged, what are my rights? Who should I contact about this?

If the seller failed to disclose material issues involving title to the property, you would have the basis to rescind the contract and get your monies back.
