Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
Hi I'm still married to my wife but been separated for 8 years. She never let me see my kids and I moved to Utah for a better job her and my kids live in Oklahoma. But about 3 months ago she left my kids with who ever would take them. She knows I want them. She dropped my kids off at my mothers in Oklahoma without clothes nothing. They are infested with lice and its not the only time they have had it. My question is can I go to Oklahoma and bring them back with me. There is no court order or anything. Please let me know cause I want to get them asap.

If you are on the birth certificates then there shouldn't be a problem.
