Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
past criminal record
as an adult isn't past criminal records public knowledge? If they are, how to do you find out the information about it if you do have the case number?

Re: past criminal record
If you have the name, with or without a case number, you can search criminal records at the court. In Utah, most of the cases can be found on Xchange, the subscription service for court records. You can check particular courts or statewide.
I say most because they have been putting them on the computer for the past 10 years or so.
