Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
do the people in my neghborhood involved with the neighborhood watch program have the legal right to follow me around everywhere i go, contact potential employers and tell them not to hire me, tell local merchants not to do business with me and basicaly do anything and everything they can think of to interfere with my life just because i have a criminal record and they dont like me so they dont want me living in their town ?
