Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
Can a person be charged with posession of a stolen vehicle if they never were found with the vehicle and no evidence of the vehicle only a statement from someone.

Yes, you can be charged but that does not mean you are guilty. You have to fight. You have to keep them honest.
