Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
plea agreeement criminal
Does the conviction in a jury trial with the result of guilty plea by jury or conviction, this does not mean that the defendant pleaded guilty but was found guilty? The docket states guilty plea, but there was no plea agreement. The defendant pleaded not guilty. Does this not block accessibility for a fair appeal?
