Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
I was recently arrested in Utah for Class A - Criminal mischief (less then $1000) Class - B Trespassing, and a Class - C P.I..
I live in Texas...what are the pro's and con's of being represented by a lawyer in absentia...I know these crimes have jail time associated with them...what do you suggest I should do.
Legal recommendations welcome.

An attorney may be able to get the charges reduced or eliminated even if you do not appear. If you do not appear warrants will be issued for your arrest. You can attempt to resolve these issues with the prosecutor, but it will be up to the prosecutor whether or not you appear.
You may call for a free consultation.
