Retail theft first offense
Can I get off .can I make payments to a attorney . I ,m 59 years old never had a record .only DUI in 1988.

Usually we can work out a plea in abeyance, which will mean that after probation, it will get dismissed as long as you don't violate probation. You may qualify for a public defender.
