sex with a minor
Utah is the place, the guy is 21 the girl
just turned 17 is this considered
statutory rape or is there nothing
legally wrong with this.

Assuming consent, sex between a 21 and a 17 year old is not illegal. But I will not say there is "nothing legally wrong with this."
