small claims suit
i got a pay day loan fell behind on payments lost job and i was sued for what i owed i paid them off today on 5/15/2009 i missed court on the 12th and i did owe them a little bit more i did pay them but they are still wanting to pursue a warrant on me im un employed i cant afford to pay the 200.00 dollar warrant plus the 250.00 dollar impound fees plus the 150.00 tow fee when i do get pulled over for this can they still pursue the warrant even though i have proof thats its been paid ?

usually you will not get arrested for a civil bench warrant if you are pulled over on a traffic ticket. But you never know. The best way to be sure you are all right, is go to the court clerk and talk to them. Sometimes you can just appear asap before the court and get the warrant withdrawn, sometimes you can call the pay day loan company and make arrangements so they do not actually issue the warrant.
