Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
If someone in the state of Utah is arrested without being read the miranda rights after officers intentionally provoke a suspect being fully aware of a personality disorder and then have false charges pressed upon being booked in order for the officer to request a large bail amount of cash only bail, is it legal to be held at the jail? And if an officer puts their hands on someone roughly which they initially believe to be a victim is this ok?

That is a lot of issues. You need to consult with a criminal defense attorney in your area quickly to see if there is anything to be done.
