Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
If someone steals something in broad view of a store owner/employee, but makes no threat, be it physical or verbal, to said owner/employee, is it robbery, burglary, or something that doesn't fall under those categories?

Depending on the circumstances and the local laws, it could be theft, fraud, conversion or some other crime.
