unfair jury
Sorry I meant can two brothers be on the same jury. Sorry typing error.
I ask because my nephew was just convicted of kidnapping.
They had two brothers on the jury.
The jury was also held over after a mistrail.
The jury and the judge also goes to church with the alleged victim.
He broke up with his girlfriend and she still stayed at his house. She even fell asleep after him and left the next morning with her car keys in her pocket before he woke up. She even said all this on the stand, and for some reason he was found guilty of kidnapping her.
This just doesn't sound right or like he received a fair trail.

All this issues should have been resolved during voir dire by the lawyers, and the judge should had recuse himself from the trial. These are all points of error for appeal.
