I got a 2nd DUI in Utah in 2005. I was bonded out of jail.
I was never contacted about it by mail for any court dates, and I never heard from by bondsman.
Months later I contacted the court and they had my name wrong, so I went to court, fixed that and the judge told me to come back for sentencing.
For whatever reasons, I did not make it back to court and never did anything about it.
I have never heard anything about it, or received anything in the mail from the courts.
I have gotten my life back together in the last 5 years and want to take care of this.
I would like to know the best way to take care of this that will keep me from serving jail time.

You will need to contact the court and deal with the consequences.
