Can i change fines into community service hours? Also i would like to serve a church mission, can i do this while on probation

You can ask the judge. The LDS church will not allow you to go on a mission with unpaid fines or unfinished service. The court will not allow your mission to count as service hours. If you are not LDS talk to your religious leader about its policies.
