DUI and child endangerment
My ex-wife has recieved not one but two DUI's in a 6 month peroid of time in Carbon County Utah. One of which she had our two kids in the car. She blew a .258 with the kids and on the other occasion a .19 without the kids. CPS investigated the one with the kids in the car, but she got off the other with alcohol reckless. What can I expect on the child endangerment/ DUI?

Re: DUI and child endangerment
This strictly depends on the court and the prosecutor. The range is 10 days jail to 6 months if charged as 2nd class b misdemeanor.
