D.U.I.
If a cop tells me I won't be charged with
a D.U.I. and a judge tells me I'm being
charged with a D.U.I. which one is the
correct answer

The judge is the correct one for a number of reasons. DUI is very serious. Call us and we can arrange to represent you.

The Judge would normally not even know about the charge unless the prosecutor filed the charge. The prosecutor does not file the charge until the officer turns the citation in to be charged. The judge is most likely correct.
