Legal Question in DUI Law in Utah

I have already went to court for my DUI,the judge suspended my licence for 90 days.But know I found out the DMV has suspended my licence for 18 months,because the sheriff told thm I didnt take the intoxilizer at the jail.I dont recall him asking me too.But when he explained the breathilizer at the scene I agreed,he asked me to blow on it then looked discouraged and told me to blow harder,he seemed satisfied.How much will a hearing be at DMV? Thank You

I don't have enough information to answer this question, but I'll do my best. My first impression is that you are not going to be able to do much if you did not have a DMV hearing and then appealed within 30 days. You will need to make a late hearing request and pray that they will give you one.
