First DUI
I didnt recieve a temp. licence when arrested.I didnt even know I could have driven for 30 days till I went to court,will that help my case at all with DMV hearing?

Re: First DUI
Normally, the citation that you received is your temp. license. The officer is required to serve you with the citation (with the temp license) and explain your rights to a hearing. This can help your case. The problem arises when the officer says he did all of that, but you just don't remember.
