Okay so I am seventeen years old and I live in Park City, Utah. Last night my friend was driving me home and he pulled over for me to get sick. A cop pulled behind us and pulled the driver out of the car and gave him sobriety tests which he passed. After that he asked me if I had been drinking and I said no, then he asked me to get out of the car. I said I would not unless I had an attorney or my guardians present. He then grabbed me by my arm and pulled me out of the car and handcuffed me, took me to the station and called my parents. He ten wrote up a citation for underage drinking. Is this legal?
