Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Utah

I need to know what I need to do to sell a game on line.
I've created a game and want to sell it on line. I have purchased the domain names and sent the content of the games to myself in an unopened envelope for the poor man's copyright. Is there anything else I need to do to keep myself legal and out of trouble? Thank you for your help.

You should REGISTER the work for (c) protection AND file the TM for protection of the IP.
