Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I have 4 kids and I'm not married I was living in washington and my x pointed a gun in my face plus we stayed in a motel for 30 days because we no where to go finally my sister picked my and my kids up but my x kept one of them and hid her from me now I'm in Utah and I want my daughter how can I get her back from him keep in mind we were never married and we have been off and on but I have supported my kids the hole time now his mom said she was going to claim them on taxes because she has proof of claim but they did not live with her at all and the pproof they have is from my x saying it was okay now I can't do my taxes because I didn't make that much money any way what should I do

You need an attorney as soon as possible. You will need to begin formal legal proceedings to get court ordered custody and child support.
