Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I am 18 and live in minnesota and my fiancee is 16 about to be 17 and she lives in minnesota. We are expecting and I want to bring her out here her dad says yes but her mom says no they have joint custody. What can we do?

You should consult an attorney in Minnesota to see if your fianc� can be declared an emancipated minor in which event she could do whatever she wishes.
