i am 17 can i get marrried without parental consent? i have been emancipated

If you have been emancipated you should know that you are not considered an adult. However, you are way too young to get married - you still have several years of maturing before you are sufficiently experiences and physically mature. (The brain continues to develop until the early 20s) I suggest you get some professional counseling.

Whether you are emancipated or not, it doesn't matter. You are still a minor and will need parental consent to marry. I agree with the other attirney's response that you are too young to consider marriage. You should be aware that the percentage of teen marriages that end in divorce is extremely high and you will be doing yourself a great disservice by marrying at such an early age.
