Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I am 4 months pregnant and divorcing my husband of 6 months. This is our first child together. Is it possible for me to file for divorce without naming him as the unborn child's father?

Generally, when you file for divorce, you need to identify any children born during the marriage or any that are expected. The bottom line is you will need to identify your husband as the child's father. I'm not sure why you would want to do otherwise.
