Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I am currently 33 weeks pregnant. I most definitely um consider signing TEMPORARY guardianship of my unborn baby (while still pregnant) over to my older sister until I'm in a stable financial state or position that I could realistically be prepared.

So my question is, who must I talk to to? Or where In Utah do I go to obtain the proper legal forms specifically for temporary guardianship? I need help with answers quick as possible. I am due anytime, thanks

After the child is born your sister, or another competent adult, can seek temporary guardianship of the baby. It cannot happen until after the birth. You may find forms on www.utcourts.com
