Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My 22 year marriage was bifurcated in 2004. There has never been a financial settlement. There are court orders forbidding the sale of marital assets. My ex has sold many and owes me hundreds of thousands of dollars but I can't afford to pursue it in court. Can I put a lien on his house, business, etc?

Not with out a court order. However, you can file for contempt of court charges for the sale of property and can finish the property settlement. I have handled such matters for others in your situation.
